Lali Koshy, of Indian Origin, holds a Master's Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry obtained from Madras University, Chennai, India. She has 18 years of teaching experience at an International High School in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where her teaching expertise extended to Mathematics and Science for students in Grades 3 through 12.

For the past 15 years, she has been working for the Montgomery County Public School System, serving as a Paraeducator. In this role, she has been dedicated to providing one-on-one and small group instruction in the subjects of Science (Biology, Chemistry) and Mathematics (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry).
